EMO is a professional, award-winning consulting firm composed of experienced planners, designers, architects, general contractors, LEED Accredited Professionals and staff committed to the creation and preservation of great places. Led by Principal-In-Charge, Warren A. Emo, AIA, NCARB, CGC, the company was founded in 1989 with the belief that the disciplines of planning, architecture and construction are critically interconnected and should be considered together in the conception and execution of any project. We believe it is through this creative, comprehensive, and collaborative approach that all built relationships are optimized and the greatest value possible is created.
Based in Tallahassee, Florida, our firm works throughout the Southeastern United States and has designed and built a varied body of work ranging from complex office buildings, to higher educational facilities, mixed-use, civic, and master planning projects. The firm has received numerous design awards, including two recent awards from the American Institute of Architects. The Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce named EMO the Small Business Excellence award winner in 2009. EMO's collaborative approach extends to its successful use of client and community workshops in the design process.
