We typically prepare conceptual design criteria for the project along with preliminary conceptual budgets as the basis for negotiating design/build agreements for our client. As the development of the construction drawings and specifications proceed, the EMO program management team works collaboratively with the design/build team to maintain budget compliance and to achieve optimum value for our clients.
