Corporate headquarters for the public/private corporation which handles Surplus Lines Insurance for the State of Florida. EMO successfully completed the project utilizing the Design/Build project delivery system. The project included 20,000 SF of class “A” corporate office space featuring contemporary technologies utilized throughout the facility. The two-story glass entry way reveals a lobby with a vaulted ceiling, custom light fixtures, and curvilinear monumental stair with stainless steel railing system. The main board room of the facility incorporates state-of-the-art video conferencing capabilities coordinated with white ash veneered paneling and related finishes in the space. Acoustics, exterior lighting controls  and programmed lighting, are carefully designed and coordinated to enhance the boardroom activities, and to accommodate the use of the room for video conferencing.
