EMO was commissioned by the City of Tallahassee Regional Airport (TLH) to develop a strategic terminal master plan. This included a 20 year master planning vision for future capacity enhancements of the terminal facilities and the associated systems needed to accommodate the projected air service demand and non-aviation commercial revenue development at the airport.

 

The project is a multiple task order contract for the strategic and physical master planning analysis, design, and implementation of multiple renovations and additions to the Tallahassee regional airport. The scope included a historical concession data analysis, a comparable airports performance analysis, concessions demand analysis, initial concession planning and feasibility analysis and development of a phased implementation plan to help the airport increase revenue and passenger satisfaction.
