The work consisted of the replacement of existing windows with aluminum windows and insulating glass, replacement of existing exterior wood doors and frames with hollow metal doors and frames, replacement of existing sliding classroom connector doors with swinging wood doors with hollow metal frames, replacement of existing suspended acoustical ceilings and lighting, spray thermal insulation to underside of classroom precast concrete double tee roof structure, replacement of existing millwork, replacement of existing chalk boards and tack boards with dry erase marker boards, replacement of existing floor finishes and base, repainting of existing wall surfaces, renovate toilet facilities to meet ADA standards, renovations to existing exterior walkways to meet ADA standards, install an emergency generator and install a wheelchair lift for ADA access to cafeteria stage.
