As an integral part of the Campus Master Plan for Tallahassee Community College, EMO/ARCHITECTS, INC. completed a parking garage study to provide the optimum location for the first parking garage to be constructed on the Tallahassee Community College campus. The results of the study included a 1,000 space four-level (ground plus three levels) garage. EMO/ARCHITECTS, INC. prepared the
conceptual design for the parking garage, the Probable Project Cost Judgment and the Probable Project Schedule. The garage construction was completed in 2009 as planned.
