This 19-story building is the office for the Department of Education for the State of Florida. EMO provided construction management services for an interior renovation of the occupied Turlington building’s existing computer facility. The project scope included mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems upgrades. Critical operations were required to be maintained throughout construction of this project, as the building remained occupied to serve as the information network to all Florida Public Schools. The project was delivered on-time, under budget and with no interruptions to service in the building.
