EMO was commissioned to provide master planning, design/build services the school based on a traditional manner of building and site design similar to that found in traditional campus design. The master plan phase included coordination with the County and City Growth Management Department for site and environmental zoning compliance for a multi-phase project. Each phase of the school has been carefully designed, budgeted and scheduled according to the complex needs of a growing school. The School Campus includes a total of 100 acres and a projected enrollment of 1,200 students K-12.
