As the Executive Architect for the renovations of the Seminole Golf Course, EMO provided architectural services, developed a list of Florida Golf Course Architects who had completed golf course designs and construction in North Florida, and led the selection team for the interviews of the top three firms. Robert C. Walker, Inc., of Atlantic Beach, Florida, was selected as the Golf Course Design Consultant and EMO’s staff worked with the design team to set the goals and scope of work to be completed during the renovation of the golf course.The scope of the work included the renovation of all the Tee and Green complexes, tree removal, cart path replacement and the enlargement of the practice putting green.  Hole number 14 was redesigned and a lake was added to make this hole the feature hole on the back nine. EMO provided bidding and construction administration services to review the Golf Course Contractors' bids and selection of Quality Grassing Inc., as the Golf Course Contractor. EMO also provided on-site team meetings and inspections, progress pay request reviews and contingency modification reviews.
