EMO was commissioned by LCS to be the Architect/Engineer for the renovations and new construction to Gilchrist Elementary School. The task included the design and site work additions for the new classroom Building No. 9 and  Classroom Building No. 1 scope of services consisted of the replacement of existing windows , replacement of existing millwork, replacement of existing chalk boards and tack boards with dry erase marker boards, replacement of existing floor finishes and base, repainting of existing wall surfaces, and renovate existing toilet facilities to meet ADA standards.
