EMO, as Construction Manager constructed a Prototype flammable storage building. Due to cost constraints, the Project did not have site engineer on staff, therefore, the CM coordinated with the Owner’s rep, to locate and construct the building pad, route and install the electrical and fire alarm requirements. The Project also included safety improvements to the student pick up area. These included traffic control, cross walk, fencing and railing renovations. The project also included the installation of a new classroom exhaust fan and controls. The building was completed in less than six (6) weeks and ahead of schedule. The Project was also constructed under budget and therefore savings returned to the Owner.
