Over our 28 year history, key members of the EMO staff have completed a significant number of office, manufacturing and distribution center projects in the North Florida and South Georgia Region. A representative example in one intersection in the Commonwealth Business Center in Tallahassee, which includes five(5) major industrial, manufacturing and/or distribution facilities competed by key EMO personnel  totaling +/- 388,000 gsf these projects 1.the General Dynamics manufacturing facility, 2.the Unisource distribution center, 3.the Stanadyne Automotive manufacturing facility, 4. GTO manufacturing and 5. Panhandle Aeromotives, among others.
